We’re on Route 67 between Ballston Spa village and Northway Exit 12. That puts us in reach of most of southern Saratoga County and the north side of Schenectady County, and close to a ring of towns that opted out of hosting dispensaries in 2021: Malta, Clifton Park, Charlton, Galway, Wilton, Glenville and Niskayuna.

Malta, Clifton Park, Charlton, Galway, Wilton, Glenville and Niskayuna all opted out of hosting dispensaries in 2021. Buying and possessing cannabis is still legal for adults 21 and older who live there.

What are your hours?

Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 8 PM. Holiday hours are posted on our Google profile.

What do I need to bring?

A valid, unexpired government photo ID that shows you are 21 or older: a driver's license, state ID or passport. Staff check ID on every visit.

How much can I buy at one time?

I’ve been to Lucky Dog a few times now, and it’s a great spot! I’m pretty loyal to my usual dispensary, but whenever I don’t feel like making that drive, Lucky Dog is my choice 100% of the time. Great prices, great deals, and knowledgeable staff who are quick to offer help. The product displays are phenomenal—it’s nice to actually see what they carry, and they’ve clearly put thought into the setup. They also have a massive touchscreen for ordering that practically deserves its own ZIP code. I personally prefer the smaller tablets, which thankfully they have too! What really stands out is the atmosphere. From the second you walk in until you leave, the whole place has a welcoming, comfortable vibe that some other dispensaries around here could learn from. Easy five stars!

Welcome to the neighborhood, Lucky Dog, we’re glad you’re here. Have waited a long time for a licensed dispensary to open up close to home. The therapeutic benefits of cannabis as a complimentary intervention are undeniable, from managing mental health to fighting the brutal side effects of cancer treatment. What’s even more beneficial is to have a safe space to learn about, openly discuss and be offered affordable access to complimentary therapies. We’ve found that in Lucky Dog dispensary. From the very first visit we found the staff to be kind, patient and knowledgeable. We even got a chance to meet the owner, who may as well have been a fellow customer, just casually walking around and looking at products. Jennifer was able to help me find two products that suited not only the symptoms I suffer from, but my schedule, personal preferences and my complete lack of knowledge on what ingredients and doses would be the best match. She walked around the store with me, just from an educational standpoint, to explain the differences between products and what customers tend to feel the +/- are. I was beyond impressed with her knowledge base and felt genuine trust in her recommendations. I did not feel overwhelmed or herded towards particular items. Jen’s advice was greatly appreciated. Now several weeks later I feel I’ve found a helpful accompaniment to the other tools I use to manage my disorder. I’d like to add that the overall vibe of Lucky Dog dispensary is welcoming and relaxing. The decor feels more like your stepping into a friend’s personal space than a retail store. There are comfortable places to sit and items are displayed so you can look at the packaging up close and read labels. I could not get over the gorgeous plants that you’re surrounded by from the moment you walk in. That alone had therapeutic value. Not to mention their soft spot for rescue dogs and giving back to those in our community that work to keep our beloved canines safe and in loving homes. So we wish you success and longevity, Lucky Dog! Thank you for bringing a much needed service to our community.

- Best dispensary, best atmosphere, best experience overall. The staff are amazing as well as the owners, whom are extremely helpful and always willing to help you find the perfect selection. The work they do for the doggos is incredible, the story behind it is also meaningful.
